It’s been a roller coaster, yet intriguing and interesting year 2020!

Like the old adage goes “May you live in the interesting times!” and there was never a dull moment! 

2020 posed us with lots of curveballs, challenging, at times incomprehensible and incomparable to anything we have seen in our lifetimes. As always from this crystallized the indomitable human spirit with resilience and I am sure it will remain in our memories for a long time. The real warriors were our medical professionals, essential workers, etc. playing pivotal roles in keeping our communities up and running. 

This challenge also made organizations across the globe reinvent, adapt to this new normal with the help of appropriate technologies coming to rescue; many have accelerated their digital transformation initiatives and invested significantly in technologies like Cloud, BI, AI, ML, RPA, etc. and are hopeful of reaping the benefits in the coming year. Pandemic also made people work from home, online learning models had to be implemented which increased the cloud adoption. To avoid risk of shopping in stores, consumers turned towards online shopping prompting e-commerce companies to leverage AI/ML to understand buying behavior. For ensuring business continuity, safety of employees, reducing operational cost many companies adopted RPA – key business antidote to Covid! We have seen finally the work from home as became work@home – the new normal!

Sincere appreciation and thanks to all the Clients, Colleagues, Partners, Associates and everyone who helped to make the last year pass with ease.

Hope all of you had a good break to pause, reflect and recharge!
